Sablés parmesan, flocons d'avoine et cumin
Pour changer de la traditionnelle chip ou cahuète de l'apéro, voici de fameux ptits sablés!
Ingrédients: (quinzaine de sablés)
100 gr de farine
80 gr de flocons d'avoine
90 gr de beurre
90 gr de parmesan
1 càs de cumin
Melanger tous les ingrédients avec les doigts pour forner une boule.Préchauffer le four a 180°.Former un boudin d'environ 3 cm d'épaisseur puis couper des tranches d'1 cm.Disposer ces tranches sur une plaque de cuisson antiadhésive.Faire cuire de 10 à 15 minutes jusqu'a ce que les sablés dorent un peu.Servir tiède ou froid, c'est selon!
